luckyapp Terms & Conditions – Rules for Filipino Players

1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and luckyapp ("the Platform," "we," "us"). They apply to all use of the luckyapp website at luckyapp.vu and all games, features, and services made available through it.

Age verification is carried out as part of the KYC process. If at any point we have reason to believe a player is under 21, we will suspend access pending verification. Any funds deposited by an underage player will not be returned as winnings and the account will be permanently closed.

3Account Registration and Responsibility

Each individual may register only one (1) account on luckyapp. Creating duplicate accounts — even under different names or payment details — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and any balance forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. Any activity that takes place under your login is your responsibility whether or not you personally authorised it.

4Deposits, Withdrawals, and PHP Wallet

All financial transactions on luckyapp are conducted exclusively in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP). The platform does not accept or process any foreign currency. Accepted funding methods include Philippine e-wallets (such as GCash and Maya), and domestic bank transfers via Philippine online banking. No other payment types are supported for gaming transactions.

Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party funding — depositing from someone else's GCash, Maya, or bank account — is strictly prohibited and may trigger account review and suspension.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.
• We reserve the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal.

5Betting, Game Play, and Wager Rules

All bets and wagers placed on luckyapp — whether on casino games, sports and esports events, slot games, or bingo — are final and binding once confirmed. You are solely responsible for verifying the details of any wager before confirming it.

• Bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed after confirmation except in cases of verified platform error.
• If a technical fault affects the outcome of a game or bet, luckyapp will investigate and resolve the matter at its sole discretion. Affected bets may be voided or resettled as appropriate.
• Collusion, match-fixing, abuse of system bugs, or use of automated betting tools (bots) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.
• luckyapp reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by information not publicly available at the time of the bet.
• In-play sports betting markets are subject to suspension and may be settled based on official event results.

Game outcomes on slot games and RNG table games are determined by certified Random Number Generator systems. These outcomes are independent of prior results and cannot be predicted or influenced by any betting strategy.

6Promotions and Bonuses

luckyapp may offer promotions, bonuses, or rewards to players from time to time. When such offers are available, they are governed by specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. General principles that apply to all promotions include:

9Intellectual Property

All content on the luckyapp platform — including but not limited to the logo, visual design, text, game graphics, software, and all other materials — is the property of luckyapp or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written authorisation.

10Limitation of Liability

luckyapp provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical issues, or internet connectivity problems on the player's end.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luckyapp's liability to any player for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount of verified funds held in the player's account at the time the claim arises. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.

11Governing Law and Changes to Terms
